Treatment Programs

Evidence-based programs tailored to your unique recovery needs

Our Programs

Medical Detox

Our medically supervised detoxification program provides a safe, comfortable environment for the critical first phase of recovery. Under 24/7 physician and nursing oversight at our facility, clients receive individualized medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to manage withdrawal symptoms and reduce cravings. The detox process typically lasts 3 to 7 days, during which our medical team continuously monitors vital signs and adjusts protocols as needed. Clients are encouraged to spend time in our healing garden between medical check-ins, easing the transition from active use to early sobriety in a setting that promotes calm and renewal.

Residential Treatment

Our residential treatment program offers immersive, structured care in a supportive community setting for 30 to 90 days. Clients live on our Clairemont Mesa campus and participate in a full schedule of individual therapy, group counseling, psychoeducation, and nature-based experiential activities. Each treatment plan is crafted by a multidisciplinary team that includes a psychiatrist, therapist, case manager, and wellness coordinator. With only 29 beds, our facility maintains an intimate atmosphere where staff know every client by name, allowing for the personalized attention that drives meaningful change.

Outpatient Program

Our outpatient programs — including Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization (PHP) — provide flexible, clinically rigorous care for clients who are stepping down from residential treatment or who need structured support while maintaining work, school, or family responsibilities. Sessions are held at our treatment center three to five days per week and include individual counseling, relapse prevention groups, life skills workshops, and outdoor therapeutic activities that take advantage of San Diego's year-round mild climate. Program duration ranges from 2 to 12 weeks based on clinical progress.

Dual Diagnosis

Nearly half of individuals struggling with addiction also live with a co-occurring mental health condition such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, or bipolar disorder. Our dual diagnosis program addresses both conditions simultaneously through integrated psychiatric evaluation, medication management, trauma-focused therapies like EMDR and somatic experiencing, and specialized group sessions. By treating the root causes rather than symptoms alone, our treatment center helps clients break cycles that previous single-focus programs may have missed, leading to deeper, more sustainable healing.
